Synopsis:
Sungjae has been in love with his friend Geonhu for a long time. While they were still in high school, Sungjae even mustered the courage to confess his feelings, but was ultimately rejected. Thankfully, though, they remained friends. Now, they’re in college together. Geonhu does seem to have a partner, much to Sungjae’s chagrin, but that doesn’t stop Geonhu from longing for him from afar.
It is a night when a comet is flying across the sky that Sungjae decides to make a wish: he wants to have sex with Geonhu, just once.
When he wakes up the next morning, rather than getting his wish, Sungjae wakes up to find himself in a different bed, a different apartment, and even a different body. Somehow, he has switched into his classmate Chungmin’s body. Why? He isn’t sure… until his body, with Chungmin inside, and Geonhu meet up with him. As it turns out, Chungmin is Geonhu’s mysterious partner, and they have a proposition for him:
Have a threesome, so Geonhu can be satisfied without feeling like he’s cheating, and to fulfill Chungmin’s secret desire.
Review:
I was immediately drawn to this art style. It gave me Pppallet mixed with Cheongdam vibes. Pppallet is one of my favorite artists of all time, and Cheongdam‘s work is stunning, so this was a match made in heaven visually as far as I was concerned. It, thankfully, is very pretty in the series itself (I’ve been fooled by a lot of covers recently, so this was a huge relief on that front). Granted, it isn’t always consistent, but it isn’t the worst by far. So, I am a fan. I wish I could see more.

Now, as for the story, I ask: what story? But let’s be real. This is only six episodes long, including the Valentine’s Day extra. This was not intended to be a deep narrative of any kind, and I honestly think it is all the better for it. This is meant to be a fun smutfest, and it is just that. I love it when creators really embrace creating a short erotic comic and don’t try to make it more than that. With that said, if you want even the most minute depth, this is not what you are looking for.
That is not to say it is entirely devoid of characterization or anything like that. What little foundation it does lay is plenty to get us into the overall dynamics of the situation. Sungjae is the shy, but loyal dog-like top, Chungmin is the laissez-faire top, and Geonhu is the spunky, insatiable power bottom. This is made very clear early on, so the rest of the smut can unravel without much fuss. I’ve come to really enjoy these titles that give us the bare bones we need to understand the character relationships and then devolve into smutty goodness. Don’t get me wrong, I love my deep, long stories where characters, backstories, and such are explored alongside the smut, but there is a skill in knowing just how much to give to make the narrative, what little there may be, satisfying, but still let the smut be the focus. This definitely represents that.
Now, onto what makes this really great. This is an established couple adding a third and becoming an actual throuple. Poly relationships are so rare, but I think this might be the first one I’ve seen that starts with an established couple who then successfully add a third. I love that. I also love that the body swap is revealed to have happened because Chungmin was making a wish on the comet that night as well. He wished they could find a second person to fuck Geonhu, who loves him as much as he loves him. It’s so fun, and I love that the top is the one who wants to find someone else who can love his partner as much as he does. I’ve been praising this pretty heavily for not trying to overreach in its short form, but I do long for longer work featuring poly relationships. This has an amazing foundation, so if it could get a full-length release someday, I would be beyond pleased.

This was a treat. I’m not going to say it was a favorite because it certainly wasn’t that, but it has so many fun elements that I can’t help but like it. It is a yummy, smutty morsel with very basic character types, which makes it easy to just jump in and enjoy. The chemistry among the three character types was also super enjoyable, which is important for an erotic title like this. I do wish it were longer just because I want more of that fun and sexy poly dynamic, but I’ll take what I can get. I recommend this one.
